About Us

If you or someone you know is considering suicide,
please contact the
National Suicide Hotline (800-273-8255).

The mission of the Idaho Suicide Prevention Research Project is to support the volunteers, professionals, and organizations in Idaho working to reduce the frequency of suicides and the consequences for survivors and communities.

Our purpose is to gather and display Idaho-specific, user-accessible data about the prevalence, circumstances and impact of suicide.  We will also report on current research and state-of-the-art, evidence-based suicide prevention screening programs, interventions and community awareness programs.

To contact Benchmark with questions or information requests regarding these topics, please contact us using the Comments link to the left.
